- MSN-04 Sazabi -
The MSN-04 Sazabi unit is a recent creation by
the gundam creators in the new movie, "Char's Counterattack"
Equipped with powerful high lasers and quick maneuverability, the Sazabi is
placed up against the Earth Federation's V-Gundam. Enough of the history.
Down to the beauty stuff. The Sazabi I am
building was a quick go through model. Meaning, I had borrowed this gundam
from a friend of mine and had less than 4 hours to work on it. I have been
idle in my work with gundams and have become pretty rusty in my techniques.
So my building was pretty slow. In either case, I managed to build bits and
pieces of it before it was shipped back to its rightful owner.
I had decided to start something off easy to have my fingers
warm up on the details. So I took off the Sazabi's funnel units and began
working. In a quick few minutes, I had managed to construct one of the funnels.
The
next step I had thought to take the shield in for construction. Another great
warmup although with a price for not creating anything lately. The shield's
layout seemed a bit unorganized and the points seem jumbo'ed up. 
Anyone
in the right mind knows that I have the hardest time creating the helmet and
legs of any mobile suit. The helmet took me some time to create. My thinking was
slow but I had managed to create it. And I admit, even though without practice,
this head piece seems to look the best of all helmet creations I've created
earlier. This is all the time I had to
create, unfortunately, the Sazabi was returned to its owner and I hope that
someday I am able to return to complete the infamous MSN-04 Sazabi of Neo Zeon.
